Training on Chip Design Verification Essentials Kicks-off at SINES

A six week training on Chip Design Verification Essentials from the platform of NUST Chip Design Centre (NCDC) at School of Interdisciplinary Engineering & Sciences (SINES) started today. Experienced industry professionals from four chip design companies namely 10x Engineers, DreamBig Semiconductor, Aql Tech Solutions & Impare will be conducting this train-to-hire program for a batch of 30 participants selected after a rigorous induction process. Principal & Dean SINES and project director NCDC, Dr. Hammad M. Cheema explained the role of NCDC to accelerate the manpower development in this important domain. Gracing the occasion, Pro-Rector (RIC) Dr. Rizwan Riaz appreciated the joint academia & industry effort and emphasized the importance of generating critical mass of human resource that could subsequently undertake national level projects.
